Visitor Parking

The Main Entrance facing Roanoke Avenue is closed for construction and has been relocated to Peconic Bay Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center’s entrance on the east side of the facility. Visitors should enter through the Route 58 driveway (across from KFC) and part in the lots located behind the Medical Center.

Directions to Peconic Bay Medical Center

From the Long Island Expressway:
Take the LIE to Exit 73 (Route 58 Old Country Road). Follow Route 58 east for approximately three miles until you come to a traffic circle. The Hospital is located to your left on the traffic circle between Route 58 and Roanoke Avenue. The Main Entrance to the Hospital is on Roanoke Avenue.

From the North Fork:
Take Main Road (which turns into Route 58) west to a traffic circle. The Hospital will be on your right as you approach the circle. The Main Entrance to the Hospital is on Roanoke Avenue.

From the South Fork:
Take Route 31, 24, 0r 51 to Riverhead. At the traffic circle near the County Center, exit at Peconic Avenue. From Peconic Avenue make a right onto East Main Street and then a quick left onto Roanoke Avenue. Follow Roanoke Avenue to a second traffic circle at Route 58. The Hospital is located across the traffic circle between Route 58 and Roanoke Avenue. The Main Entrance to the Hospital is on Roanoke Avenue.
