Peconic Bay Medical Group opens new medical facility in Greenport

RIVERHEAD, NY – Peconic Bay Medical Group, a vital part of Peconic Bay Medical Center (PBMC), has opened a 5,000-square foot, multi-specialty medical practice in Greenport. Named for Lisa and Richard Israel, the Israel Family Ambulatory Center will provide more health care options to North Fork residents and visitors.

Primary care, women’s health, cardiology, orthopedics, breast surgery and plastic surgery specialists will be available at this location which is at 230 Main Street in Greenport. Currently, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Julia Chachere, NP; Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Specialist Mark Creighton, MD; and Primary Care Physician Assistants Denise Karavas and Patricia Sondgeroth are seeing patients at this facility.
